Return and exchange conditions
Saddlery Warehouse will gladly refund or exchange any item you are not satisfied with, provided the following conditions are met:
- ✓The item is in its original condition
- ✓Returned within 14 days of receiving your goods
- ✓The original receipt or invoice is included as proof of purchase
Return postage
Change of mind: If you do not like the item you ordered and wish to exchange it, return postage is at your own cost.
Pricing
All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice. Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date the cost of goods was quoted.
Availability
Products listed in the Saddlery Warehouse catalogue are subject to availability. Stock levels vary from store to store. At the time of taking your order we aim to have the goods in stock. However, due to the volume of orders and our major retail outlets, it is possible for items to have sold out by the time your order reaches despatch. Our staff will contact you if this happens.
Specials and promotions
- Specials are available while stock lasts.
- Saddlery Warehouse reserves the right to substitute free items or alternatively discount the product if a free item cannot be supplied.
- We do not back-order products on special or promotional lines.
